Overview
Gold Berg Enterprises is a B2B manufacturer and exporter of safety gloves, workwear, sportswear and leather garments based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We supply to importers, distributors, wholesalers and private-label brands. Because every order is manufactured to a buyer’s agreed specification, the terms below apply to business-to-business transactions.
Samples
Stock samples of fast-moving styles are dispatched within 5–7 working days. Custom samples produced to your design take 7–14 working days. Sample charges are refundable against a confirmed bulk order in most cases; please confirm with your account manager before ordering.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without charge before raw material is cut. Once production has started, cancellation is at our discretion and may involve a charge for materials and labour already committed.
Quality Claims & Returns
We operate in-house quality inspection before packing and welcome third-party inspection. If goods arrive with a manufacturing defect or a specification variance from the approved sample, notify us in writing within 15 days of receipt with photographs, packing list and order reference. Confirmed manufacturing defects are remedied by replacement, repair or credit note, at our option. Claims must be raised before goods are washed, altered or further processed.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, incorrect storage, alteration, or claims raised after the 15-day window are not covered. Colour and shade variation within industry tolerance is not treated as a defect.
Custom & Private-Label Orders
Made-to-order and private-label goods (custom artwork, branding, sizing or materials) are non-returnable unless they are defective, because they cannot be resold.
Refunds
Where a credit note or refund is agreed, it is issued after inspection of the returned goods. Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method.
